Engineer - Chemical, Nuclear or Mechanical Background

This is an engineering position that will provide technical expertise and leadership in a specific engineering discipline in the design, development, and implementation of engineering solutions to complex problems safely, on schedule, and on budget.  This position may involvement the management of tasks or small teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Design and present proposed solutions to problems.

Coordinate task planning, organization, control integration and completion. 

Plan and formulate strategies and propose staffing arrangements for assigned tasks in accordance with project objectives and requirements.

Support business development by participating in proposal development and marketing activities.

Compile and present results of complex engineering studies to audiences with a broad spectrum of technical expertise.

Prepare interim and completion project reports.

Serve as a technical resource and mentor to junior staff.

Convey results and findings by means of oral discussions and presentations.

Analyze task objectives and desired outcomes and develop cost effective task plans to complete work on time and within budget. 

Required Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in science or engineering from an accredited four-year college or university.

Master's degree preferred.                  

Minimum 7-10 years related work experience.
